Compared with traditional dryer, it not only keeps the former advantages but also possess some new merits. Attention: The new heating tubes have oil,the oil burning comes with smoke and burnin smell.It is normal!!! After the oil burning out ,the burning and smoking will disappear! Features: 1.It adopts hierarchical (100 levels) temp-adjusting system, just click "+" and "-" to set hierarchical level for realizing accurate temp controlling. (Note: The reading of the controlling panel doesn’t mean the temperature. The larger the number the panel displayed, the higher the temperature will be.) 2.Equipped with six 500W far-infrared heating tubes and three switches. Each switch controls 2 tubes whose power is 1000W. Temperature can be adjusted in 3 stages. Easy operation and power—saving.. 3.High heating efficiency. Six stainless steel heating tubes (500W of each) make the temp increase quickly. The aluminum plate in the back of the tube can reflect heat, which means that the screen can be dried evenly. 4.Foundation is paralleled with heating box. Stable, space-saving and safer. 5. Specification: Voltage: 110V / 220V Drying Size: 60x45cm(24"x18") Power: 3000W Detail: Usage: How to use: For example we set the substrates needed for drying temperature is 180 ℃ (356 F); 1. Move the dryer heating box to the top of the drying platform, bottom of the drying box is 3cm distant from the drying platform, turn on the 5 heat tubes, start the heating. 2. Set the instrument to "60" (the number is not temperature display, it represents the hierarchical data when set temperature control). 3. Place the thermometer probe in the middle of the platform to start temperature measurement. 4.Observe the temperature showed in the thermometer after 15 minutes; If the temperature is too high; Adjust the instrument settings to reduce a level as the "50"; Or raise the drying box 2-4 cm; Observe the thermometer display; When the temperature reach 180℃ (356F); Adjustment of low temperature is just the same way. Test reference data: (the following data is just for reference) Use condition: Room temperature 24℃(75 F); Work environment without circulation wind; Bottom of drying box is 3 cm distant from the drying platform; Turn on six heating tubes.
