I purchased this item on Dec. 14, 2015 from sign-in-global.com. I have used it for more than two years and now don’t use it on daily basis.

The gears are worn down and some are very pointed. This had been causing a lot of slack of the chain and slippage.

Then I tried to contact with my service manager Lynn and tell her about the situation. I never thought the machine is still under warranty and they send me the gears very soon. Now my machine can work normally. I’m very satisfied.
