I am a technician from R²C General Trading Company (Lebanon). We bought this cutting machine for outline cutting processes in 2010. It works very well at the moment. The small cover was broken during shipping, but Ms. Rissa had the new covers sent to me by express mail after I told her, and I really appreciate it. Ms. Rissa told me that they have a new model of this kind of cutting plotter, so we are going to order the new version next time.
