Being able to buy parts for this printer from you instead of the local dealer, I have saved thousands of dollars. It also means that I can now repair many problems with my printer that I would have to have the dealer do because he had the parts. Several months ago the dealer charged me $45.75 for a part I was able to buy from you for $2.45. There are many other examples of this that have happened in the past and will not happen from now on.
I appreciate your help more than you will ever know. I hope to have more of my fellow printers contact you and sign-in-global in the future.
