In May 2010, Chinasigns Overseas Customer Call Center moved to the fifth floor of the Chinasigns office building, delivering relatively independent and mature customer service.

With the fast growth of www.sign-in-global.com as a B2C platform, and the overseas call center service, the newly-added executive floor was given to the biggest department in Chinasigns, in order to better serve overseas customers.
